UMPA was retained by Aareal Bank to advise the sales procedures of the historical office building Journalist House in Tallinn. Journalist house was bought and managed by Irish investors who exited the investment in cooperation with the bank. UMPA advised client with project material, investor search and transaction management.
UMPA advised reconstruction of the former Statistics Board into modern office building. Consultancy included the transaction advisory, concept development, architectural planning advice, planning and realising sustainable solutions, project management, attraction of the financing and brokerage. Building houses the new Centennial Hotel Tallinn.

UMPA acted as exclusive advisor to DNB Bank in selling the distressed property portfolio. Part of the portfolio an unfinished retail and offfice building was sold on Vabaduse pst in Tallinn. Building waiting for completion is located on Via Baltica on highly visible location that gives a strong potential for it to develop into a landmark of the area. Retail and office building shall be completed mid year 2017.

The area is constantly growing both in volume and the range of activities and services. Park consists of 100 000 m² building rights and properties have been put to the market as cash-flows after commissioning and stabilising the cash-flow.
UMPA acted as an advisor to Finnish retail chain MOTONET in finding a first location for department store in Estonia. Motonet Department store is located at Tähesaju City retail park in Lasnamäe. UMPA was an advisor to site search, contract negotiations and transaction management.
